It's a sad time here in Yoshi's home. We had to make a difficult decision concerning Yoshi's long time friend and companion, Dixie. Dixie is our "big" dog, that belonged to our oldest daughter. When she moved away and went into the service, she passed on her beloved "Big Dog" to her sister, who, now in turn, has moved to go to school. So, after a long and agonizing few months, we decided that it was best for Dixie to be with her in her "home away from home". Anyone who knows Chins, knows many suffer from separation anxiety and Yoshi is no exception, it gets bad. With Dixie always near by we have kept it at bay but now... sigh... I fear we may have so adjusting. Today is actually the first full day she has been gone. We have taken Yoshi around with us in the car and he has stayed very "close" of you know what I mean. Anyone out there have any tips? My husband says to keep everything the same, but I find myself feeling bad and wanting to coddle. Poor Yoshi, life is just sometimes not fair....
